  • Handmade from 16-gauge stainless steel, mandrel-bent, gas-purged and TIG-welded.
  • Heat shields secured with tie-wired fasteners for a race-inspired finish.
  • Double slip fit and gusset for additional strength.
  • Includes oxygen-sensor ports.
  • Made in the USA.

Installation notes

  • 2012–2017 models require BAI-U08-6416, purchased separately.
  • New exhaust gaskets CG-C9928 are recommended.
  • Fuel mixture calibration is advised.
  • The black coating completes its cure during the first few heat cycles on the motorcycle.
  • Wipe newly fitted pipes with Mr Sheen or mild soap and water, following supplier guidance.
