This website is operated by Lktraz Motors Ltd, based at 59 Waikoruru Road, Tuahiwi 7691, Canterbury, New Zealand.

These terms apply to purchases through our online store. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
PRODUCTS AND FITMENT
Read the product description and fitment information before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your motorcycle’s model, year and relevant modifications.
You are responsible for providing accurate bike details when requesting advice. If you select an unsuitable part yourself, our change-of-mind returns policy applies. This does not limit your rights where our description or advice was incorrect.
Product photographs may show a fitted example or additional components. The product description identifies what is included. Contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Check the currency, item price, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before completing your purchase.
Price changes apply to future purchases. If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Some products are sourced from suppliers rather than held at our premises. Refer to the product listing and any delivery information supplied with your order.
If a product becomes unavailable or a significant delay arises, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated delivery charges that are no longer applicable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout or agreed with you before payment.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are different: dispatch is when an order leaves the supplier or our premises; delivery is when it reaches you.
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us if your order is delayed, missing or damaged. Where we arrange delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and meet our obligations under applicable consumer law.
RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SELECTION
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you change your mind or selected the wrong part yourself.
Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Following inspection, you can choose:
• A refund less a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the price paid for the returned item; or
• Full store credit for the price paid for the returned item, with no restocking fee.
Contact parts@lktrazmotors.co.nz before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
FAULTY GOODS AND ERRORS BY LKTRAZ
The seven-day limit, unused-item condition and restocking fee do not restrict remedies available under applicable consumer law.
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied by us, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law. You do not have to accept store credit where you are entitled to a refund.
INSTALLATION AND USE
Check the part before fitting it and follow the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions. Use a suitably qualified installer where required.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification may not be covered where that caused the problem. Fitting a part does not automatically remove your rights concerning a manufacturing fault, incorrect description or other failure covered by consumer law.
TRANSPORT SERVICES
Vehicle and freight transport bookings are subject to the quote and booking conditions agreed for that job. The parts change-of-mind policy above does not set cancellation terms for transport bookings.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is available through the policy links on this website or on request.
SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify provides the platform hosting our online store. Your purchase contract is with Lktraz Motors Ltd. Contact us about your order, delivery or product concerns.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
WEBSITE USE
You must not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with its operation.
Website content and brand materials belong to their respective owners. Use of this website does not grant permission to reproduce those materials beyond what the law allows.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, without excluding any mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing prevents you from using the Disputes Tribunal, courts or another dispute-resolution process available to you.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applying when you place your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law and any changes we expressly agree with you.
